Good meeting spaces can make a significant difference.

Our two eight-person meeting rooms and 16-person space are equipped with high-spec audiovisual technology, so you can welcome both internal and international clients with ease.

Treat our facilities as an extension of your workspace rather than something that has to be sourced separately every time a requirement arises.

Our Meeting Rooms

Instead of leaving the office for coffee, travelling into the city for lunch, finding a separate venue for an event or heading to a faraway gym during your lunchbreak or after work, these activities can happen on or close to the campus.

The Oxford Factory provides a natural social hub, offering a welcoming setting for coffee meetings, client lunches, team gatherings and informal catchups, without stepping fully away from the working environment.

Back at the office, complimentary refreshments are available, with freshly ground coffee, premium teas and chilled water, alongside seasonal treats. These little details create those natural opportunities for conversation and allow for a much-needed break.

Just outside of the office, The Marketplace also adds another dimension, with outdoor activities throughout the year, including street food pop-ups and summer BBQs, which are a firm favourite amongst our members!

While our facilities can make workspaces comfortable, our campus is somewhere people want to spend time.  Our Community Team plays an active role helping members become more involved with campus life.

Throughout the year, our members can also get involved in a range of networking sessions, industry talks, wellness activities, alongside a range of social gatherings and other events to meet people outside the immediate workplace, successfully bringing both ARC and Adapt members together.

David Lloyd Oxford is a short walk away, with facilities including a gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts and fitness classes, making it easier to build activity into the working day.

Onsite, our popular, newly opened Padel Court sits directly outside our workspaces, creating another opportunity for members to get active!

Although a workspace can offer impressive facilities, the bottom line is that it also needs to work practically for the people using it. Oxford City Centre is approximately 12 minutes away by bike, while driving takes around 15 minutes. Bus services run approximately every 10 minutes, while cycle storage and Brompton bikes are all available for members to get around the campus and nearby areas with ease.

Future connectivity is another consideration, with Oxford Cowley station planned to open nearby, offering a potential five-minute walk from the campus.

Our location also works for businesses with clients and colleagues travelling from further afield. With Oxford Airport around 20 minutes away by car and Heathrow approximately 45 minutes, London Paddington and Birmingham Snow Hill are all connected by rail.

The adjacent retail park provides access to everyday shopping or essentials, and the onsite Premier Inn can simplify arrangements for visitors. A nursery is also planned, adding another potential benefit for working parents.
