Adapt has two meeting rooms available for when a little more privacy is required. Perfect for pitches, presentations, interviews and internal meetings, the rooms are included for our private office tenants, while our coworking and dedicated desk member receive a generous preferential rate.

Our smaller meeting room is suitable for six delegates, while our larger room can host up to 12. Completely soundproofed, the rooms both feature high spec A/V equipment, to keep your presentations looking as brilliant as they should

Do you need to impress a new or prospective client over a business lunch? Finding great caterers can be time consuming, so just let our community manager know and we can arrange everything on your behalf
Simple to book
The rooms can be booked directly through our community manager or through the Adapt app. Our rooms are only bookable by Adapt users or other residents of the Uxbridge business park, meaning they’re available when you need them.
