Free yoga class

Each week ARC Uxbridge is running a free lunch time yoga class in the studio at The Clubhouse. The class introduces the principles of yoga to increase strength and flexibility. Yoga is also brilliant for building an understanding of the power of your breath and how it can be harnessed as a tool to help manage stress.

ARC Book Club

Looking for new ways to expand your network? Join The Uxbridge Book Club which meets monthly in the library.

The Uxbridge Book Club provides a forum for innovative thinking, insightful discussion, and personal growth, offering a welcome break from the busyness of theworking day.

This month The Club will be discussing ‘Truly Darkly Deeply’ by Victoria Selman at their next meeting on the 19th of April at 1.00pm. The gripping psychological thriller finds two women searching for answers from a dying serial killer, who was convicted for serval murders in 1980s London.
